An external wireless IR thermometer can determine the surface temperature by measuring the amount of infrared energy radiated by the target’s surface or by contact using a thermocouple probe as well as ambient temperature.IR thermometer is specially designed for use in heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) applications.
One of the most advantages of the meter is external wirelessly connecting to a Smartphone / Tablet / PC (which requires different external modules, sold separately) to view data, record readings, capture pictures with data on it, download data from the data logger, and send the information.
