As a leading retailer of Tools, Speedex Tools relies on this Return and Cancellation Policy to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. When a customer contacts us by phone or email, our initial response is to assist getting technical support or customer service for the customer from the vendor of the product that the customer purchased. However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a return or a cancellation may be processed.
Can I Cancel my Order?
Cancellation is applicable if order is cancelled within 24 hours or before the dispatch of goods whichever is earlier. After the confirmation of cancellation of order we will process the request for refund which will take approximately 15 working days depending on your Bank`s Policy.
Can I return unwanted items?
We will endeavor to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchases, if for any reason you no longer require your goods, or you have ordered an incorrect item by mistake we will offer a full refund or exchange within 03 days of purchase if the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging. Alternatively we can arrange for our couriers to collect from you; however a charge may be applied for this service. Our policy lasts for 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
I have been delivered an incorrect item, what do I do?
We have strict control and checking procedures operating in our warehouse so it is extremely unlikely that an error will occur, however unfortunately sometime mistakes can still be made. If this happens we will collect and redeliver the correct item as soon as possible and this will obviously be at no cost to you.
I have received a damaged item, what do I do?
Please try and check the condition of the parcels before you sign for them, if you are in any doubt please make a note on the couriers paperwork. If you discover an item is damaged please contact us as soon as possible (must be within 3 days) and we will arrange a replacement for you, obviously we would cover any courier costs.
