Return & Exchange Policy

As a leading retailer of Tools, Speedex Tools relies on this Return and Exchange Policy to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.
When a customer contacts us by phone or email, our initial response is to assist getting technical support or customer service for the customer from the vendor of the product that the customer purchased.
However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a return or exchange may be processed.
You may take your purchase back to any Speedex Tools retail outlet to return your goods and get your money back instantly* or exchange it for something else.
You may also return your purchase by courier. Please email us on email@example.com to enable us to assist you.
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging & with all paperwork, parts & accessories.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as the Invoice or website order number. If you're missing your receipt, an exchange may be issued up to the same amount as the item being returned.
If for any reason you no longer require your goods, or you have ordered an incorrect item by mistake we will offer a full refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase if the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging. Alternatively, we can arrange for our couriers to collect from you, however, courier charges may be applied for this service.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. Perishable goods such as certain solvents cannot be returned or exchanged. We also do not accept products that are intimate such as worn shoes, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Special order goods cannot be returned or exchanged including cut to size wood and timber. Items damaged or modified by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.
If returned by courier, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you have come in person to any of our retail outlets then the goods will be inspected on the spot and you will be issued a refund in the original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item is damaged or does not match its description, Speedex Tools will bear the shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item including the original shipping cost after we have inspected the goods.
For any other reason, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Cancellation is applicable if order is cancelled within 24 hours or before the dispatch of goods whichever is earlier. After the confirmation of cancellation of order, we will process the request for refund which will take approximately 15 working days depending on your Bank’s Policy.
